Coffee Cake

Ingredients :
Maida (all time flour)       -  1 cup
Sugar                              -  1 cup (Powdered)
Ghee                               -  ½ cup
Cooking oil                     -  ½ cup
Milk                                -  1 cup
Baking Salt                      -  2 pinches
Soda-bi-carb                   -  1 pinch
Coffee powder                 -  3 table spoon

1.       Powder sugar in the mixture.
2.      Add the Ghee(melted and in room temperature) and oil and thoroughly in the mixture till frothy.
3.      Mix maida, soda-bi-carb. and baking salt  mix thoroughly in a bowl.
4.      Add in small quantities into the mixer containing the frothy mixture and add milk for the mixture to run smoothly.
5.      The mixture should be in thick mixture.
6.      Now add the coffee powder and mix again.
7.      Grease the bowl with oil and dust it thoroughly with maida.
8.      Pour the mixture into the bowl and microwave for 6 – 7 minutes.
9.      Poke in the centre with a thin knife.
10.  When done the mixture will not stick to the knife.
11.  Your cake is done.
12.  Once its cooled reverse it into a cake plate.
